Hello, I’m Michael Perez, a queer Puerto Rican illustrator originally from Texas, now living in Minnesota. Working mainly with digital media, acrylic, and gouache, I create works informed and inspired by nature, comics, and portraiture.

I graduated with a BFA in Illustration from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design and I’ve since worked on projects with fellow alumni, businesses, and a variety of commissions.
I am currently a member of the Minnesota Artists Guild.

If you’re interested in working with me, please send inquiries to hello@michael-illustrates.com
